User Responsibilities
When using VeilPix, you agree to:
- Only upload images you have the right to edit
- Not use the service for illegal purposes
- Not attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures
- Not use the service to create content depicting minors inappropriately
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Prohibited Content
You may NOT use VeilPix to create, process, or distribute:
- Content depicting minors in inappropriate situations
- Non-consensual intimate imagery
- Content that promotes violence or terrorism
- Content that infringes on intellectual property rights
- Content intended to harass, defame, or harm others
Intellectual Property
Your Content: You retain all rights to images you upload and create using VeilPix. We do not claim ownership of your content.
Commercial Use: Images you create with VeilPix may be used for any legal purpose, including commercial projects.
Our Service: The VeilPix platform, including its design, code, and branding, is our intellectual property.
Credits and Billing
VeilPix operates on a credit-based system:
- New users receive 30 free credits upon registration
- Each AI editing operation consumes one credit
- Additional credits can be purchased
- Credits do not expire
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.
Limitation of Liability
VeilPix is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, or content moderation decisions.
Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of VeilPix after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
